Die US-Serie erzählt typische Alltagsgeschichten aus der Gay Community. Hauptfigur ist der gutaussehende Brian, der eine Affäre mit dem minderjährigen Justin beginnt, gleichzeitig aber noch eifersüchtig auf einen Ex-Lover ist, der in seiner neuen Beziehung sehr glücklich zu sein scheint. Außerdem wartet er auf die Geburt seines Sohnes, den das lesbische Paar Melanie und Lindsay großziehen will.
