Grizzy ist völlig erschöpft und er will auf dem Sofa ein Nickerchen halten. Als er sich gerade ein Kissen und eine Schlafmaske holen will, muss er jedoch mit Entsetzen feststellen, dass die Lemminge ganz andere Pläne mit der Couch haben: Sie halten es für ein tolles Trampolin und den idealen Ort für ihre Aerobic-Stunde. Der Bär muss sich etwas gegen die energiegeladenen Lemminge einfallen lassen.
