Die Lemminge finden heraus, dass sie den LKW-Verkehr beschleunigen können, indem sie die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf den Straßenschildern heraufsetzen. So erzeugen sie den perfekten Wind für ihr Extrem-Drachen-Spiel. Grizzy hätte lieber ein "STOPP!" oder "Durchfahrt nicht gestattet!"-Schild. Es beginnt ein Kampf um Straßenschilder.
